How do I request a restock or report an empty machine?

Call (847) 423-2448 or email info@yamifresh.com with your business name and machine location. Most restock requests in the Chicago metro area are handled within one business day.

A machine took my money. How do I get a refund?

Contact us with the machine location, the date, the amount, and the item you tried to buy. We review the transaction and issue a refund or a replacement product.

How fast do you respond to a machine that is not working?

Report the issue by phone or email and our local Chicagoland team schedules a service visit. Urgent outages are prioritized so your break room is back up quickly.

Can we change the products in our machine or market?

Yes. Tell us what your team wants more or less of. We adjust the product mix based on your feedback and sales data at no extra cost.
